Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Hardware

  Pack the PC in its original double-walled box with the internal foam bracing and all original accessories to prevent transit damage.

  Inspection and Testing

  Once received, our technicians will perform a comprehensive diagnostic to verify the system's condition and ensure all original components are present.
